Who I Am

Strength And Conditioning Coach And Fitness Trainer

 

Currently I am the Fitness Director at the Weil Tennis Academy in Ojai, California. It has been over three years that I am working with top junior players and professional.

I am taking care of their fitness training by implementing strength, agility, flexibility and cardiotraining workouts. With players who are staying for the full year or with players who are coming just for a few weeks I am helping them to achieve their goals by becoming stronger, quicker and by preventing injuries.

I have also worked with the French Tennis Federation and Evert Tennis Academy. Through my experiences, in Europe or US, I have had the opportunity to work with many professional and top junior tennis players on improving their fitness level.

After being a junior tennis player as well as a tennis coach I decided to specialize in the strength and conditioning field. I have received a Master's Degree in Strength and Conditioning from the University of Strasbourg, France. I am also certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Strength and Conditioning Coach.

 

Although I an specialized in tennis I also worked in different activities such as badminton, basket ball, soccer or rugby. Through all those experiences I learned what high performance athletes need in order to perform better. Good and regular conditioning training is part of any high performance program in any kind of activity.
